Tear Trough

may your eyes bedazzle like the stars in the sky-

Specific dermal filler is injected under and around the eyes to minimise the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles and even the look of sunken eyes, by plumping and smoothing the area around the eyes and orbital bone. This reduces the appearance of tear troughs and shadows. The eyes appear fresher, less tired and more youthful.

  • Anyone who wishes to minimise the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles and the look of sunken eyes.

  • Numbing cream is used to ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible.

  • The treatment takes around 1 hour, including consultation.

  • You may be swollen and bruising may occur.

  • The downtime depends on how each individual reacts, but usually swelling goes down within a couple of days. Bruising can occur.

  • Results can last 3 - 18 months depending on the individual and lifestyle choices.

  • To reduce swelling, apply an ice pack every few hours and use an Arnica cream to minimise bruising.

Avoid skin care products for at least four hours following the procedure.

Avoid strenuous exercise and alcohol for two days.

Stay away from saunas and sunbeds for two weeks.

Try and sleep on back in an upright position.

Book a consultation to discuss the treatment, your medical history, concerns and expectations.

Together we can decide whether dermal filler is a suitable option for your tear troughs.
